Here is a little about ME:

As a Realtor, I have closed close to 500 transactions.
As a Broker, I have counseled others over countless transactions.
As a Realtor, I am in the TOP 1% OF REAL ESTATE SALES in the great state of Oklahoma. Not just this region, the whole state. Not just this year, but ever. (Third party documentation easily available.)
As a Father, I wish the best for this State/Country/World/All Children. Because I love this state, country, world and our children who will inherit all the wonder and all the mess.
As a 50+ human being, I am grateful for every moment and memory I have and look forward to many more moments and memories.

Our Richard is point of contact for OREC, OAR, NAR, MLSOK and OKCMAR and deals with inner-office and inter-office issues and activities. (We have two offices and many agents in them.)
Our Karen is our on-boarding coordinator, vendor integrator, and event planning specialist.
